Clear water does not mean safe water. RheoBlu utilizes 0.1 micron hollow tubing technology to eliminate 99.99% of all containments, including E. Coli, bacteria, cholera and parasites. Approximately 88% of deaths due to diarrheal illness worldwide are attributable to unsafe water, inadequate sanitation and poor hygiene. Diarrheal diseases (such as cholera) kill more children than AIDS, malaria, and measles combined, making it the second leading cause of death among children under five.

The RheoBlu filtration system was developed to be simple to communicate, simple to implement, and simple to maintain. Loophole, along with its partners, field tests our filters in the worlds most challenging locations. The system is an easily implemented gravity fed system that:

1) Adapts to local resources and distribution strategies,
2) Minimizes improper maintenance, loss of parts, and premature failure,
3) Promotes frequent filter cleaning rituals, and
4) Provides maximum filter longevity.

RheoBlu’s mission is to provide 10 million clean, safe water filtration system to the world in 5 years.

"The Amazon is one of the most challenging rivers in the world. If we solve the problem in Peru, the people of Peru solve the problem for the world."
