Installing at BMOCA
The design, coding, and fabricating of the Fuse Project is complete and installation day is here.
Visual Rhythm presents non-narrative, abstract, and immersive experimental film, video, and digital art, connecting recent directions in media art to earlier modes of expression.
The Fuse Project will be at the Boulder Museum of ContemporaryArt in the main gallery adjacent to a series of original Stan Brakhage films. The contrast of Brakhage’s painstaking analog methods is a great juxtaposition with the nature of the Fuse Project, a reinterpretation of crowd sourced material with similar themes. The intent is that this installation will blur the lines between audience and artist by providing open exchange where the participant can guide the creative process of this immersive video abstraction.
