Yes. However, it must identify what is confidential, have a limited term, and be unlikely to conflict with current client obligations.
How does Loophole structure project proposals?
Loophole crafts each of our project proposals to align projected budget, anticipated schedule, proposed scope and investment opportunities. Typically, Loophole bills with a flat fee based on the anticipated schedule from an initial project meeting to help you keep project management on target.
Does Loophole's offer retainer agreements?
Yes. Our retainer agreements reserve hours in blocks of ten to provide flexibility monthly to month. This allows ten hours to be reserved one month and dial it up to sixty the following month, or visa-versa. We even let hours rollover for one month to adapt to shifts in the schedule.
How far can Loophole take an idea?
Loophole can engage with a project at nearly any phase of development and take it all the way to manufacture. In some cases, Loophole extends design strategy into developing core brand assets such as: name, logo, packaging, and web development to deliver a cohesive product.
What are Loophole's rates?
All project fees are based on our hourly or weekly rates with considerations for investment opportunities such as royalties or stock options that may offset design and development investments.
