Aeronics is a patented portable oxygen device intended to treat Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) that was designed and engineered for a Pittsburgh based start-up. The design utilizes an off the shelf filter combined with two simple plastic parts to keep both plastic volumes and production costs low.
